Who am I?

Hi I'm Paul- a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and ex PE teacher and former national level high jumper with a deep rooted passion for helping people feel, move and perform at their best. 

For the past 5 years, I've taught secondary PE, helping young people develop fundamental skills in movement, co-ordination and confidence. Teaching taught me how people learn adapt and perform. 

I Understand that no two bodies are the same, my experiences have given me an indepth toolkit which allows me to create individualised, client led sessions that meet people where they're at and take them to that next stage.
